ichoiceRelax10.4.0 - Google Play

ichoiceRelax uses continuous and accurate breathing rate readings to guide you into a state of relaxation, helping reduce your stress, calming you down, and improving health and focus.
ichoiceRelax must be used with an iChoice fingertip breathing rate sensor.
Everyone’s physiology is different, and each person has their own ideal relaxation breathing rate based on their current mindset. Your live breathing rate readings (obtained by the breathing rate sensor) will help personalize exercises and guide you to breathe at the rate that is ideal for achieving maximum calmness. Our app synchronizes with your physiology, giving you a personalized result.
